My first Dairy farm experience was an absolute nightmare,I ended up working for the farmers from hell. The farm was an OSH minefield, and the staff were treated like slaves. when I tried to sort out some very serious issues with management, I was set up and sacked.
The farmer , his wife, and the herd manager went to the ERA hearing with an "orchestrated litany of lies", and I was wrongfully branded a cow basher.
I set up a blog in my defence, to show the injustice I have suffered. The blog hosts the full and true story, and the documents reating to the hearing.
This is my third attempt to post on a rural forum, Fencepost,and Rural News group ,it would appear do not wish to foster debate on the issues I raise.
My case raises many serious issues about the Dairy industry, these issues need to be debated, but it would seem that there are some out there who do not believe in freedom of speech. I am not part of the herd, and I am speaking out, at great personal risk to myself.
