sprouting barley for cattle feed

I am looking at fitting out a shipping container container to grow wheat, barley, oats, using a areophonic or hydroponic system, Trays appear to be the problem regards sourcing size300 mm by 1200mm with 40mm lip have seen other systems that produce 1000kgs per day or so they say.I am keen to hear what you have to say, Joseph/

I saw a system that used roofing steel for the trays. Check the "trough section" profile in this file: http://www.stroofing.co.nz/str/index.html#&Info_Source=Products&ItemID=products/selection/steel%20tube%20roofing%20guide.pdf

Keen to hear how you go / swap ideas.
